SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed and packed by hand within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise noted during peak seasons or for special releases.​
Once your order leaves the studio, transit times are determined by the carrier and may vary based on destination, weather, and holiday volume.​

All skincare and candle orders ship from Albuquerque, New Mexico, and tracking information will be emailed as soon as your package is on its way.​
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout; orders that are returned due to an incorrect address will incur additional reshipment fees.​

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Because products are made in small batches for personal use on the body and in the home, TAYORi does not accept returns or exchanges on skincare, body care, or candles.​
This policy helps ensure that every item you receive is fresh, unused, and has been handled with the highest level of care.​

If there is an issue with your order, please email Trish@tayorihomeandbody.com within 7 days of delivery so that we can work towards a solution.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS POLICY

If your order arrives damaged in transit, email clear photos of the damage to the product and the packaging, and the shipping label to Trish@tayorihomeandbody.com within 7 days of delivery.​
Eligible issues will be addressed with either a replacement or a store credit, determined on a case-by-case basis.​

TAYORi is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing; in those cases, please contact the carrier directly to open a claim.
