Everyone’s skin and scent preferences are different, and it is the customer’s responsibility to review ingredient lists and perform a patch test when trying a new product.

Orders, pricing, and payment

An order is considered accepted once payment has been processed and you receive an order confirmation email.

If there is ever an error with your order, such as an item becoming unavailable or a clear mistake in the listing, you will be contacted promptly to choose between a refund, a substitution, or another solution that works for you.
